10, 2008 - Featuring Asparagus From Lone Wolf Farms
Roasted Asparagus
Preheat oven to
325 degrees (Roast or Convection Roast)
Rinse and break ends os Asparagus (one bunch) and set
aside
In a large mixing bowl combine:
1/2 cup
olive oil
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 chopped garlic clove
8-10 diced sundried tomatoes
salt & pepper to taste and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes
Toss with Asparagus. Roast on
a shallow tray for 3-4 minutes. Enjoy Hot or Cold!

Balsamic Vinagrette -Featuring Honey from Everich Farms
It's more than just for your tea, try this with your
favorite veggies!
In a food
processor, start by blending 1 Cup balsamic vinegar with 1/2 cup of warmed honey. You can warm the honey either in the microwave
or in the jar sitting in hot water.
While the food processor is running, and 1 tsp. dijon mustard. Next add 1/2 cup each: corn oil and olive oil
until the mixture thickens.
Finally
add 1 tbsp dried basil leaves, salt and pepper (to taste) and finish by adding the liquid from a cut tomato.
Yum!
